In the age of digital transformation every marketing strategy should be revised. In my opinion a marketing strategy of any company should not take more than single page of A4 paper to write down. It should be a roadmap that sets tasks and goals that the company wants to achieve, and it should clearly define what the priority is. The outcome of a well-defined strategy, that is easily understandable for all employees should be the ability to plan actions with a far-reaching completion times, of no less than three years.
If at least 20% your company’s revenue within next 3 years is not coming from online sales, it means that your competition will be far ahead of you at that point.
